A new survey conducted by the American Express OPEN Small Business Monitor found that despite recent economic hardships, more than 69 percent of business owners in Florida believe in the American dream of building a successful business. The survey, which asked business owners a series of questions, found anxiety about the economy but also optimism, the Orlando Business Journal said.
